Home Made Preserves from our West Norfolk Orchard

Covenham House Orchard is located betwen the A10 and the River Great Ouse, near Southery in West Norfolk. The orchard contains about 70 assorted fruit and nut trees, planted over the last 25 years.

I use the fruit to make jams and chutneys - the range varies with the season, but there is always a good selection available.
All products are hand cooked on the Aga here at our West Norfolk orchard.. Staright from the tree to the pan - what could be better ?
All jams & chutneys use home-grown fruit from the orchard.

Honey is collected from the hives in the orchard and from my bees on 2 other sites, all within 6 miles. It is pure and and natural, straight from the hive as the bees made it. Different colours and textures of honey will be available through the year, as the flavour depends which flowers they were foraging on.
